Hvorfor bliver vi kronisk syge? Og hvad kan vi selv gøre, for at få det bedre?
Flere og flere bliver kronisk syge, og vi er yngre og yngre når vi får diagnoserne. Men vi behøver ikke vente på, at læger, forskere og myndigheder finder på en løsning. Vi kan selv påvirke hvordan vi har det. Vi kan få det bedre, ved at spise bedre. Det har jeg gjort, det har mange andre gjort og det kan du også.
